And what a success it is...
Minburn Elementary now has SEVEN new pieces of playground equipment including Triple Chin Up Bars, Log-roll, Horseshoe Climber, Bongo Climber, Sky Wheel Climber, Power Pedaler, and Curved Balance Beam. Additionally, the Merry-Go-Round is being repaired, and the Small Metal Climber, the Dome Climber and and Swing Sets have all been painted bright fun colors. AND if that weren't enough...(I am beginning to sound like the announcer on the Price Is Right), we also repainted the United States Map back on the concrete along with the Four Square and Hopscotch Games.
Whew! What a job! But thanks to Jen and Steffen Heins, Mary and Doug Smith, Bobbie and Mark Hinds, Brad Forsyth and his tractor, Jen Coughlan, the Haner Family, the Enterline Family, Darla and Larry Pollock, Barb Burket, Paula Rolfes, Kerri Hoover and all the patient children for the hours of waiting while their parents were working hard.
We would also like to thank the Bock Family Foundation and the ADM School Board for their help with funding and materials.
Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.
There will be murals done at a later date. We are just a little tired.
Mr. Dufoe will start in July.
We invite all parents and families to show their support for Minburn Elementary. We have dedicated teachers and staff working hard to create a wonderful learning environment for our children.
We are pleased to provide our website to help coordinate projects and needs for our school.
